Classes are on Mondays and Thursdays, 9:30am–10:30am.
Fiona is an experienced teacher and practitioner of both pilates and yoga. Her classes are designed to be suitable for all levels. During class you will work your way through a series of exercises created by Joseph Pilates.
Pilates is great for posture, joint mobility, flexibility, strength, spine mobility, core stability, preventing injury and wellness.
Fiona teaches Yoga, Pilates and Dance in the surrounding area.
